We want you to love the itineraries you buy from Bri Beyond Borders (operated by DPAV International). If you're not satisfied with your purchase — whether it's a single-itinerary unlock or a subscription — you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Email us at pavlotskypursuits@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout and a short note about the order. We process approved refunds through Stripe within a few business days; the funds typically appear on your original payment method 5 to 10 business days later.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Once canceled, you'll keep access through the end of the current paid period and won't be billed again. If you cancel within 30 days of your initial purchase or a renewal, you're also eligible for a full refund of that payment under this policy.
Chargebacks
If something looks wrong with a charge, please reach out to us first — we can usually sort it out faster than a bank dispute.
