Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 24, 2026

1. Who we are

Bri Beyond Borders (the "Service") is operated by DPAV International ("we", "us", "our"). When you use the Service, you are entering into an agreement with DPAV International.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing, browsing, purchasing from, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) and, if you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. What we offer

The Service provides travel writing, guides, downloadable itineraries, and related digital content. Some content is free; some is sold as a one-time unlock or via a recurring subscription that gives access to all premium itineraries.

4. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to send spam.
  • Infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, including by redistributing, reselling, or republishing our itineraries or content.
  • Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service (malware, probing, scraping, automated harvesting, circumventing technical limits).
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including text, itineraries, photos, branding, and software — is owned by DPAV International or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use purchased content for your own personal, non-commercial travel planning. Nothing else is licensed to you.

7. Payments, subscriptions, taxes, and refunds

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us (and Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method for the price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes. Please see our Refund Policy.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel any time from your account or by contacting us; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

8. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service running well, but we don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose).

Itineraries describe our personal travel experiences and research at a point in time. Prices, hours, availability, and conditions on the ground change — please verify details independently before traveling. Travel involves inherent risk; you are responsible for your own decisions and safety.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where the law does not allow exclusion.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are material we'll do our best to let you know. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of business of DPAV International, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where local consumer law gives you mandatory rights to bring claims elsewhere.
